In this book, we were taught how Prohibition came into effect, what it did, and how it was enforced from the perspective of a poor citizen. It dealt more with the actual carrying out of the law, rather than the laws and details.

we used this documentary to start our research. it was interesting and gave us backround knowledge on the subject. it went in depth into the moral dellimas and social changes during this time.
